About the work

In this humoristic painting the main character's position - as direction - was inspired by one of the most famous and politically iconic images of European art history, "Napoleon Crossing the Alps" painted by the French artist Jacques-Louis David. Only the purpose and intention is other

The ape, (which is probably the artist ironically), sits on the back of an URSA Unidentified, Running and Scared Animal, being in "On guard" position, ready for heading to a direction which can not be found not even by Gps, ... and more of it he shouts to the unexistend team to follow him! It's about to get back the every day artificially blocked SUN! Due to chemical traces, the sun is being dimmed, under the pretext of global warming.

It's totally insane to go into a war alone by knowing not against who you fight, why exactly and where... ...but this painting is exactly as insane... until is proved otherwise.
